Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on all digital products, merchandise or gift cards.
We do not accept exchanges if correct item has been shipped in good condition. Exchanges are allowed only on damaged/defective items or if incorrect item has been shipped. Please ensure order placed is reviewed prior to submitting a request for exchange. Exchanges on sizes ordered is also not allowed as apparel is custom-made based on size originally ordered.
We do not refund on any sales.
How to submit request for exchange
In the case your product was damaged/defective or you received an incorrect item, you may email email@example.com with a photo of the defective item. We will then assess the damage and provide instructions as to how to receive your new item.
