3 hr Bachata Intensive with Desiree Godsell
Over the three hours you’ll work on:

•The ABC’s of Bachata Body Movement: connecting with yourself before you connect with anyone else

•Improvisational skills: Tools and concepts for improving your dance through space, energy, and timing

•Listening skills: Practice exercises designed to level up your follow, lowering your response time by finding and finessing your frame

•Bachata con Sentimiento: Learn a Bachata choreo at the end of class to practice connecting feelings to your movement vocabulary and focus on moving with intention
